Trapped inside Instagram without a voice

Instagram has decided I’m some sort of threat and I can’t add comments to my own posts, to others, start following new people, edit my own profile and a range of other things. It’s like I’m trapped inside Instagram with no voice! This has been going on for a few months now, and I didn’t realise for a while, so some of my posts back in June 2021 may seem a bit weird without comments to explain them. I haven’t been able to fix it, so am experimenting with lots of time consuming ways to add commentary. If I can’t fix it in the next few weeks, I’m going to have to leave my old Instagram account and transfer to a new one. I have a couple more things to try, but I’m not holding out hope. Get ready folks…I’ll advise when I’m switching to my new account. Suggestions and recommendations of what to try to salvage my account are very welcome!
