Shout out to our Posties 👍even though deliveries are taking a very long time

Auspost are doing an amazing job in challenging covid times. From the service staff at my local post office, to the sorting facilities, transport services right through to the Postie that delivers your beautiful Three Sun Possums order, they’re working under tight conditions, increased volume and decreased flexibility. Because of this, delivery of your order may take MUCH longer than usual. I’m hearing from customers it’s up to three weeks to get from us here in Adelaide to inner city Melbourne. Please be patient. In the many years we’ve been doing this and using standard postal services all around the world a parcel has never been lost. Never. By writing it just now I’ve jinxed it! Maybe I should qualify that….there was an occasion a few years ago where an order didn’t turn up, but later the wonderful customer emailed to tell me that her neighbour had been stealing her mail! Yikes.

With $9 standard delivery there is no tracking ($3 option for smaller single items). If you want tracking please chose the Auspost Express option at $15 and you will be emailed a tracking number.
